Do we need to buy the beans from you?
YES. All of our machines are fully maintained, serviced and repaired by our tech team. We take particular care when roasting our beans to avoid foreign objects like small stones or sticks found in cheaper beans which can damage the machine.
We already have our own machine
That's fine. In most cases client owned machines do not come with a maintenance agreement. Depending on age and type of machine we may be able to offer your machine full backup and support once you start purchasing your consumables from us.
What is your minimum rental term?
Rental agreements are generally 36 months; however, we specialise in custom solutions for all our clients and rental terms can be made to suit any requirement.
What’s the Difference Between Pods & Capsules?
Pods are 100% biodegradable and therefore environmentally friendly! c4b’s pods are made from two products only; coffee and food grade filter paper. You can even throw them in your compost bin after you’ve enjoyed your coffee!
Capsules are NOT environmentally friendly at all. Depending on the manufacturer, ALL capsules contain one or more of the following: PET Plastics, Metalised Plastics or Plastic Coated Aluminium. These products are extremely difficult to recycle and take up to 50 years to break down!
